What is your minimum order quantity?

Our typical MOQ is 500 pieces. The practical minimum depends on structure, material and finishing.

Can you create a sample before mass production?

Yes. We can produce structural white samples, digital printed samples or production-standard samples for approval.

Can you work from a reference image?

Yes. Send the image, approximate dimensions and intended product, and we can recommend a suitable structure.

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector AI, PDF or EPS files are preferred. We will check dielines, bleed, fonts and image resolution before production.

Which printing and finishing options are available?

Options include offset and spot-colour printing, matte or gloss lamination, foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV, texture and custom die-cutting.

How long does sampling and production take?

Timing depends on structure and finishing. We confirm a project-specific schedule after reviewing the final specification.

How do you control colour consistency?

We use colour-managed prepress, Heidelberg and Komori offset presses, approved proofs and in-process inspection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Courier, air freight and sea freight can be arranged according to volume, destination and delivery schedule.

Can you make bags, labels and inserts with the boxes?

Yes. Boxes, bags, labels, hang tags, inserts and brochures can be coordinated through one production partner.

Can you support food or wellness packaging?

We can recommend water-based inks and appropriate paper specifications. Final compliance depends on the exact product, contact condition and destination market.

How are custom projects quoted?

Pricing is based on finished size, structure, material, quantity, printing, finishing, inserts and delivery destination.

Will you protect our artwork and product information?

We treat client files as confidential and can discuss a project-specific NDA when required.
